JOB POSITION: Marketing Manager  (Full-time)

Psyko Steve Presents is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, able to multitask effectively while prioritizing time-sensitive projects, and attentive to both large and small details. This is a fast-paced office with a high volume of events. The position is in-office (Downtown Phoenix), primarily during standard business hours with a flexible schedule. Compensation is based on previous experience. Enjoy plenty of perks, including free concert tickets.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): 

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (including social media, email, and more) while managing marketing budgets across multiple events
• Utilize ad-building platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads Manager, and others
• Maintain relationships with advertising partners (radio, print, local blogs, promoters).
• Oversee the creation of compelling digital content (graphics, videos, GIFs) to support marketing campaigns
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Execute marketing plans using digital, social media channels, and grassroots marketing
• Track and monitor a large volume of social media campaigns
• Create and execute ticket giveaways
• Communicate design needs with graphic artists
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives
• Identify and contact new strategic marketing partners to enhance artist and PSP exposure in the community
• Coordinate street team and grassroots marketing efforts with local market contacts
• Maintain relationships with multiple venue and other marketing partners
• Track show expenses and compile event recaps

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4-year college degree (or comparable experience) preferred
• 3-5 years of marketing experience preferred; music industry experience is a plus
• Passion for music and live entertainment industry required
• Proficiency with social media ad platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads Manager, and others
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Docs & Sheets, etc) – proficiency with other platforms like Gmail, WordPress, ticketing software, etc is a plus
• Excellent communication, project management, organizational skills, and problem-solving instincts
• Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting

JOB POSITION: Seasonal Intern (Part-time)

COMPENSATION:

College Credit (and all the free shows you can handle)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Developing and publishing social media content
• Administrative office tasks
• Assisting at live events
• Watching tons of great bands live

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Google Docs and with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok (experience in Photoshop is a plus)
• Availability for 10-20 hours per week (flexible)
• Reliable transportation (mainly around/near downtown Phoenix)
• Access to a laptop is a plus
• Love for music and concerts
• Familiarity with the artists we promote (www.psykosteve.com & www.therebellounge.com)
