Psyko Steve Presents & The Rebel Lounge are looking to hire a BOOKKEEPER to join our team.

JOB POSITION: Bookkeeper (Part-Time to Full-Time, 25-35 hrs/week)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Bookkeeper to manage finances for two creative, fast-paced companies: one a bar and live venue, the other a concert promoter. You’ll handle the numbers that keep the good times running smoothly—from recording daily transactions to reconciling accounts and keeping QuickBooks Online spotless.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to): 

• Maintain and balance books for multiple connected companies (separate accounts, shared sanity)
• Enter and categorize transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and vendor accounts monthly
• Process and track invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist with financial reporting, budgets, and P&L preparation
• Communicate with owners and management about cash flow, expenses, and projections
• Coordinate with CPA or tax preparer as needed for quarterly and annual filings
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• Concert income statement preparation
• Processing wire payments for artists/vendors
• Track Artist Deposits 
• Submit Payroll to Payroll providers
• File Sales Tax (TPT) monthly

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (hospitality or entertainment industry preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and general accounting principles
• Keen attention to detail and consistency in data entry and reconciliation
• Ability to manage multiple entities with overlapping expenses and vendors
• Excellent communication skills and discretion with financial information
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Work Details:

• Part-time: Approximately 25-35 hours per week
• Hybrid or remote flexibility (some in-person time may be needed for receipts, meetings, or event-related tasks)
• Pay dependent on experience
