Just Announced! The 6th Annual Phoenix Rock Lottery – January 26th 2019 at Crescent Ballroom.On the morning of January 26th, 25 musicians will meet, and a lottery will be held to create 5 bands at random.The bands will have the rest of the day to collaborate – each band will write three songs, and learn one cover.
